As a countryman i definitely know farmer strength is real for guys who’ve never trained before But i definitely think society is to stereotypical of this “fake gym strength” vs “real world” strength I think personally if you’re using compound lifts and are very strong at them, like deadlifts etc, in the gym combined with having strong grip, and have good conditioning that.
